Confront your fears, stretch your limits, extend yourself because whether you know it or not, you are growing UP!!! Your growth is a growth in consciousness and day by day, hour by hour your experience of yourself in relationship to the world is changing so stay aware and alert and step on that ever expanding road.

It is important to know and remember that your spiritual practices will lead to higher and higher levels of consciousness which are the key to your destiny!!! So stay at it!
