Happily, the majority of humanity is not so broken but many of us are just broken enough that the vibration we carry draws to us a kind of recognition that we don’t necessarily want. The Law of Attraction works like a charm so if you are attracting attention from others who may seem to you to be less than desirable, then you are carrying attractors – almost inevitably from childhood – that are putting out that wavelength. Where the attractors came from doesn’t really matter; blaming never fixes anything. What matters is letting the attractors go. Sleep Magic to the rescue!
Here’s an assignment designed to shift your attractors (and thus, the kind of attention you get): As I am reading this, I allow myself to feel gratitude for all the many ways you help to keep us comfortable and functional.
I notice how you, my wonderful, body are feeling and I give you permission to relax as we are reading this allowing the words to sink deeply into the cellular consciousness of our body.
Now I picture myself asleep in bed tonight, knowing and understanding that you, my beloved body, will take over and put these words into action for me as I am sleeping, that I need to do nothing more than finish reading this.
I know that you know that we’ve been attracting attention from here you can be quite specific or very general, attention that we reject as useless to us, and I know that you know what lies behind this.
