- Do you tend to have a run-away mind? If so, is there a focus to your thoughts? If so, what is that focus?
- What makes you angry?
- What is dissatisfying to you at the moment?
- What makes you feel exhausted?
- What keeps you from being completely happy?
- Do you sometimes feel sad or blue?
- Are you a perfectionist or are you careless of details?
- Do you tend to have feelings of guilt?
- Do you feel that you have been treated unfairly?
- Is there something or someone that you cannot forgive?
- Is there anything about which you are bitter?
- Do you sometimes feel unclean?
- How are you with decision making?
- Are you more of an optimist or a pessimist?
- How would you rate your self-esteem?
- What do you do when other people have an opinion that is completely different from your own?
- How would you react if you had to do something you resented with all your heart?
- How do you react to unpleasant things?
- Do you like to be comforted when you are sad?
- What do you worry about?
- Have you ever been without hope? Have you ever felt resigned to something? Did you ever in your life just give up?
- Are there situations in which you react intolerantly?
- What annoys you the most?
- If you know any of the details surrounding your mother’s pregnancy with you or your birth, please note them even if they seem silly or nonsensical.
- Are there any outstanding instances of trauma (physical, psychological or spiritual), that happened to you or to someone who played a significant role in your life, that you still recall quite clearly?
- What would you most like to change about yourself?
Once you finish answering these questions, you’ll have your very own challenge to play with if you like, for as long as you like. Armed with your answers, you can create assignments for yourself. When you do, you can use the #1, #2 and #3 from Creating Your Own Assignments (Day 25) just as they are…or you can make up wording that suits you better. As long as you get the points across, the assignment will be perfectly set up.
