For #5, filling up the empty space created, so the body doesn’t feel empty, try to recall a time when you felt an opposite way to what you want to let go of and allow your body to expand that feeling. If you can’t think of anything, then just give it permission to expand whatever it feels is right and appropriate.
The last step, #6, is always gratitude. Say thank you with all your heart in whatever way seems good to you and you can’t go wrong.
