Some of us carry inborn chemistry that causes us to be more down than up but recognizing that for what it is – biology – can make a difference in how we handle the down times. Sleep Magic can help with that as well. Although it cannot necessarily change your body chemistry, it can help you deal with it. Giving your body permission to release whatever it needs to let go of in order to allow you to both see and accept yourself without judgment will help you to be more gentle with yourself, smoothing your path. I know that you know that I feel down a lot and I know that you know, too, what is behind that. Feeling down feels as if it holds me back.
So I give you permission now to release whatever seems right and appropriate to you to let go of so that I can feel more light and lifted up.
