Getting your Sweat On! – Day 3

Let’s Get Our Sweat On! Day 3

Monday

Monday is a High Intensity Interval Training workout, also referred to as HIIT. This is a full body strength workout PLUS a cardio workout in one. You are burning fat, toning your body and building strength in your muscles. This is one of the most effective methods for burning fat.

Each exercise is completed for 1 minute, then move immediately to the next one. At the end of the 4 exercises, take a 4 minute break and repeat the cycle again.

Week1: Repeat 3 times

Week 2: Repeat 4 times

Week 3: Repeat 5 times

Week 4: Repeat 6 times
