Root Chakra Exercises – Stomping your feet upon the ground, marching, and doing squats, running or take a brisk walk
Foods to ground the root chakra- Spices: horseradish, hot paprika, chives and cayenne pepper
Root vegetables: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beets, onions, garlic, etc.
Protein-rich foods: eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy products, peanut butter
Grounding crystals and stones: All stones that are red as it mirrors the root chakra in color and energy as well as Bloodstone, Garnet, Hematite, Onyx and Tiger’s Eye.
