Tip-off: Are you crying and grieving as much as you need to? What is it that you don’t want to see? What needs to be brought into the light and seen? Are you avoiding issues and causing your sight go dim?
Pituitary: The pituitary gland is called the “master” gland of the endocrine system, that’s because it controls the functions of all the other endocrine glands. The pituitary gland regulates the release of adrenaline into our system, and this can cause sleep difficulties.
Grounding using essential oils-frankincense, basil, sweet pea, camphor, hyacinth
*Caution about using essential oils: Essential oils should not be used on babies and children under 12 years old. During pregnancy their use is limited to only a few “safe” oils which an aroma therapist can recommend.
Brow Chakra Exercises – visualization, remote viewing, and lucid dreaming
Yoga asanas: adho mukha avanasana (dog face-down pose), yoga mudra in padmasana, halasana (plough pose)
Feeding Your Brow Chakra:
Dark bluish colored fruits: blueberries, red grapes, black berries, raspberries, etc.
Liquids: red wines and grape juice
Spices: lavender, poppy seed, mugwort
Grounding crystals or stones: diamonds, herkimer diamond, lapis lazuli, sapphire, clear calcite, purple fluorite
