Brow Chakra – Healing into Wholeness via the Charkas – Part 1

Baton Twirling

Baton twirling is a handling of the baton, a metal rod, in which the twirling creates visual images, pictures and pattern. This is good for dexterity, and fluidity. It is a expression of the body, via dance, movement, and creating a expression of strength, flexibility, fitness, beauty, and harmony.  The added element of gymnastic movement to baton twirling, creates elements of risk and excitement. Baton twirling adds a discipline and a blending of these, all to music, and great utilization of time and space, both technical and artistic expression in creating a whole package.

Added elements to baton twirling can be flames, feathers on both ends (such as the wings on the staff of Hermes, in connection with the brow chakra and the rise of Kundalini). Flags and streamers. Conscious movement is a great mind-body and Wholeness awareness tool that can be used to resolve inner conflicts and gain better insights.

Affirmation: I open myself to my most deepest intuition and knowing. I trust that a reason beyond my understanding is at work.
