Healing into Wholeness Using Chakras – Day 29
Basic bath soak:
2 cups sea salt
2 cups Epsom salt
4 cups baking soda
One cup per bath, after tub is full add 10 to 20 drops of the appropriate essential oils. Do not mix into the dry ingredients.
Relax and soak for at least 15 minutes. You can also visualize the color associated with the chakra you are working on.
Suggested oils for each chakra:
- Frankincense, Myrrh, Patchouli, Vetiver
- Jasmine, Sandalwood, Ylang-Ylang, Patchouli.
- Basil, Clary Sage, Lemon, orange
- Bergamot, Neroli, Rose, Geranium
- Chamomile, Tangerine
- Lavender, Rosemary
- Frankincense, Lavender, Sandalwood
These oils can be used singly or mixed with the others for that chakra. Amount of drops should be the total number of drops.
