Healing into Wholeness Using Chakras – Day 3
You will need a background layer, which can be cut into strips. For this particular exercise, being the Root Chakra, add in some of the color Red.
Next, start laying out your design, moving the items around that you have collected to describe and emote You. Get a good feel for it. Start creating a background. Glue, and add on as you go. The next layer would be larger images, overlapping other images. It is fun and playful to have something peeking out that draws attention. Mix and match the words, letters, or texts,to form more creative words. Numbers are a great add on, like the day you were born!
Glue the finished piece onto the front of the notebook. Allow to air dry 3 to 4 hours.
What to use the journal for?
To write your feelings, thoughts, inspirations, and all the things that are You.
Write a poem. Is there a few favorite quotes you really aspire and love? Adding in some Root Chakra Affirmations. Allow this to be a great start on Healing into Wholeness using the Chakras.
