Statement:

Take emotion out:

Re-examine the thought:

Look toward self (any emotion charged thought reflects a belief about ourselves]

Look at other (what are you reflecting)

Look At opposite statement (what would that look and feel like?)

Example:

  1. Stressful Thought ( Paul doesn’t listen to me)
  2. Is it true, can you name examples of this?
  3. How do you react, what happens when you believe that thought?
  4. Who would you be (in that situation) without that thought?
  5. Turn the thought around- to self ( I don’t listen to me)
  6. Is that true? Can you name examples?
  7. Turn the thought around to the other ( I don’t listen to _____
  8. Is that true, are there examples?
  9. Turn the thought around to opposite initial statement (___ does listen to me)
  10. Is that true, can you find examples?

Cleansing, grounding and shielding are skills that you need to have! This is especially true if you are a HSP, empath or any type of light worker. Here are a few techniques to try.

Take a deep breath, breathing in through the nose to the count of eight…filling your lungs and abdomen with air…exhale to the count of eight emptying both your abdomen and lungs of air…again, breathe in through your nose and out through your nose all to the count of eight…once more breathe in through the nose…exhale through your mouth.

 

How to Draw Energy from the Earth:

This exercise is meant to familiarize you with the Earth-body and with and your physical body. Performing it regularly will help you realize that the Earth is alive and very responsive to your attentions.
