Mirrors:
Another way to shield is after you have visualized being encapsulated in the White Light, envision a circle of mirrors around that facing outward. Do not visualize these mirrors reflecting the negativity BACK to whomever it came from but rather upwards towards the heavens to be dissipated.
Building Yourself Up:
First and for most develop a lifestyle with BALANCE! Find ways to deal with daily stress and learn how to quiet the mind with meditation and exercise such as yoga. Find a place of refuge where you can go at least once a day to ‘find’ self.
Suggested studies:
1st: Yvonne Perry’s book “Whose stuff is it anyways” and join her newsletter, she is a fantastic resource
2nd: Work on identifying what’s mine, what’s others in the environment (Journal situations that come up) This is a learning opportunity, learning to center, ground and step into neutral space when necessary
3rd Neutral observer as a skill, learn to look at situations as a set of facts that are not charged with emotion.
The physical body has to be in good shape and to be in balance if you are an HSP, empathy or light worker. This means good nutrition, rest, exercise, no alcohol and no drugs.
