Tip-off: Do you feel supported? Are you feeling anxious or afraid? If change is occurring or you concerned about how that change will affect your personal identity? Are you afraid to let someone get too close to you? Do you want to end a relationship and travel in another direction?
Grounding using essential oils- Sandalwood, jasmine, rose oil, ylang-ylang and champaca
*Caution about using essential oils: Essential oils should not be used on babies and children under 12 years old. During pregnancy their use is limited to only a few “safe” oils which an aroma therapist can recommend.
Sacral Chakra Exercises – exercise your sacral chakra with pelvic thrusts and circular pelvis movements, and dance! Pranayama is the yogic practice of breath control, wonderful exercise and helpful in times of anxiety.
Yoga asanas: parivrtta trikonasana (twisting triangle), utthita parsvakonasana (extended lateral angle pose), natarajasana (pose of shiva)

Nourishing the Sexual/Creativity Center
Sweet fruits: melons, mangos, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges, coconut, etc.
Honey
Nuts: almonds, walnuts, etc.
Spices: cinnamon, vanilla, carob, sweet paprika, sesame seeds, caraway seeds
Grounding crystals and stones: moonstone, aquamarine, tiger’s eye, onyx, golden topaz, citrine, carnelian, coral
