Grounding using essential oils- lemon, juniper, bergamot, grapefruit, cinnamon
*Caution about using essential oils: Essential oils should not be used on babies and children under 12 years old. During pregnancy their use is limited to only a few “safe” oils which an aroma therapist can recommend.
Solar Plexus Chakra Exercises – The Twist, hoola hooping, and belly dancing.
Yoga asana: gomukasana (cow pose), ardha matsyendrasana 1 (sitting spinal twist), and ustrasana (camel pose)
Feeding Your Solar Plexus Center:
Granola and Grains: pastas, breads, cereal, rice, flax seed, sunflower seeds, etc.
Dairy: milk, cheeses, yogurt
Spices: ginger, mints (peppermint, spearmint, etc.), chamomile, turmeric, cumin, fennel
Grounding crystals and stones: yellow citrine, amber, topaz, sunstone, golden calcite
