Healing & Recovery – Day 1

Dana_Jacoviello

30 Days to Healing and Recovery by Dana Jacoviello

12 Things that MUST be on Your Everyday “TO DO” List

  1. Wake up and put some music on and dance for five minutes before you get ready for work. This is not your exercise for the day. This is to get you going and motivated. We should always be dancing. It releases endorphins that bring out such a positive and fun energy. This is how you want to start      each day. I promise you that you will see the difference it makes and find a great appreciation for it. Take a break during the day too and just do a little hip hop. IT WORKS!

This challenge might seem silly and it is. It is often the simple things in life that make the biggest waves. You want to make waves not splashes. Little by little each day and each thing will change how you live and how you balance your life and get through each day no matter what you are faced with.
