Step 11 of the 12 Things That MUST Be On Your Everyday “To Do” List

  1. Be Happy. This is a challenge I believe is the hardest. I say that because so many either are faking it by going through the motions and are truly unhappy or in pain. When you are looking at others around you and thinking they seem and look so happy, you are unhappy. No matter how much money you have, how big your house is, or how expensive of a car you have, it does not make you happy. Material possessions do not do this for anybody. It is a false sense of happiness. That is the worst kind. So start with making that change towards true happiness. You can’t let every little thing knock you down. Don’t stress about every single road block. Find a way to go around it or move it completely.
