Step 12 of 12 Things That MUST Be On Your Everyday “To Do” List

  1. Exercise. Do something that will get your heart pumping, juices flowing, and be healthy. It doesn’t matter what it is, but do something. Do yoga, weights, a brisk walk, hit the gym, go for a swim, or take a workout class online, outside, or on dvd. Many people work out at home because they prefer it to a gym. There are very cool gadgets out there to use at home now. That being said, I believe in intertwining inside and outside workouts. Regardless of what you choose, there are a variety of different options. It is good to get out there and sweat in the heat or enjoy the cool breeze on your body. I believe in variety and it is nice to change it up once in awhile, but it doesn’t really matter as long as you are doing something a half an hour at least three times a week. So often we think because we look good that we are in shape or healthy and that is not so. Eating healthy plays a crucial role in exercise as well, because if you am going to eat Big Macs everyday and throughout the day eat junk, you are not doing much for yourself. I am not saying never indulge in foods or snacks, but the key is moderation. Everything is in moderation and not to be overdone.
