Today’s Message: Be kind and gentle to yourself and others. We must remember totake care of ourselves in our journey. There is no need to constantly beat ourselves up or feel we have to do for everybody else and forget about taking care of you. We are human and we will make mistakes. So for today do something for you. Go get a manicure, a pedicure, a massage, get a facial, buy an outfit, go out with a friend. Just do something for you and that you enjoy. It is important to take a time out. This is not the same as alone time during prayer or meditation. This is a challenge to pamper yourself, which is something most of you will probably admit or say you have no time to do. Guess what? Make the time. Use those time management skills. When writing your lists, save a space for spoiling yourself. It is ok to do so.
