Healing & Recovery – Day 14

30 Days to Healing and Recovery Day 14 by Dana Jacoviello

Today’s message: Enjoy nature. It is very simple. Go for a walk or hike, got site on the beach for a couple of hour. Who can’t use that right? Most of youare probably thinking of what to write on your postcards right now, but in all seriousness, spend some time outside and breathe in that fresh air. Sit in a park and watch what takes place or feed the ducks. I want you to bring a camera with you to take pictures of whatever you choose to do regarding nature. This can include people. When you get home, make an album. I recommend at least 30 minutes everyday. We live in such a beautiful world that we are often too busy too notice. This will clear your mind, relax you, and take away any stresses. It will help you remember the there is still beauty in life no matter what chaos might be going on around us. Keep in mind this is not a challenge on exercise.
