Healing & Recovery – Day 7

30 Days to Healing and Recovery Day 7 by Dana Jacoviello

Step 7 of the 12 Things That MUST Be On Your Everyday “To Do” List

  1. Tell someone you love them. It is important to let the people in your life know you are thinking about them. We often do not get to talk regularly or see each other regularly with our busy schedules, so a little reminder is just enough. In fact, I challenge you to tell more than one person that you love them, than I want you to make it a habit. We get so caught up in ourselves or our lives that we forget to remind the people dear to us how we feel about them. That is something that is not only nice to hear, but to hear back. Everybody wants to be and feel special and loved. Everybody also wants to know that the people in their lives care and love them. This is not just for our friends but family as well. It is hard for some to say, but once you say it, it is the easiest word and feeling in the world. Love is the answer to so much. One love. Enough said.
