Inner World of Yoga – Day 19
Stay with the practice 2-5 minutes or longer, ending with an exhalation through the right nostril. Bring the hands back to rest on the knees, or folded in the lap, and continue with Breath Awareness for several minutes.
From here you can move into a meditation followed by savasana, go directly into savasana for 5-10 minutes or longer, or if you must get up, open the eyes gently, wait a minute or two and stand up slowly, gently moving back into activity, just as you would coming out of savasana.
Use Nadi Shodhana practice often. It is a powerful practice to access and build strength in your inner world as well as cleanse and strengthen your physical body.
