Inner World of Yoga – Day 30
When we confront our suffering, see our mind stuff, and grow towards awareness on our spiritual path, we increasingly accept responsibility for who and what we are. Our positive energy flow rises, our negative diminishes, and we see the results not only in our own lives, but in the lives of others around us. It spills into rest of the world as well.
Yoga accepts the personal spiritual path of any and all individuals when based in universal truths. Religion, politics, appearance, etc. are of no consequence. The overriding purpose of a spiritual journey is to come to know your own true nature, the nature of everything and thus know God or the source of everything.
Knowledge grows as your journey progresses. Along with that growth of knowing comes flow within you and without you, harmony with all of creation, and should you at that moment where you transcend to the ONE, still be in a human body, spontaneous right thought and right action will flow in vibrational harmony with all of creation and with source. You will broadcast unfathomable joy in that moment to all of creation. You will seeand know that you are joy and you are light. No concepts, just reality.
I’m not there, yet, but I can tell you I am at least a thousand times happier and more joyful, and a thousand times less fearful and anxious, than I was 15 years ago in 1998, because in 1998 was when I consciously and seriously picked up the pace of my own journey. It got another big boost in 2000 when I met my present spiritual teacher. So the question you need to ask yourself is, “How happy are you and are you on a spiritual jet plane?” If you’re not, more’s the pity for yourself and for the world, because we and the world are changing every moment whether we consciously want to or not, and the change is either positive or negative in nature.
