Inner World of Yoga – Day 7
Both music and dance are powerful practices for us in our human physical bodies precisely because we can effectively use them to cross from mental dominance or left brain activity to intuitive /heart/creativity or right brain activity.
There are many books on the subject, loads of research on right brain/left brain activity and corresponding experiences, but if you’re looking for results, don’t read about it, DO IT.
We’ll keep it simple for today’s practice.
Choose 1 or 2 or both.
- Leonard Cohen performing Hallelujah – Sing along loud and clear from the heart and the belly.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrLk4vdY28Q
- Give a listen while in breath awareness to Synchronicity OM The Reverberation of Source.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_olxDRXv2s
- If you are taken with this bestselling recording by Master Charles Cannon, please make a purchase, CD or download, and support the artist, earn some sat karma (right action through words and deeds), and acquire it for your very own by visiting:

You won’t regret it, and if you’re having a particularly challenging day, play it in the background to calm the energies of your body (inner environment) and your external environment. By the way, the only thing I receive for recommending this recording, is the knowledge of how it can help balance and heal you through its beauty and powerful vibration.
I hope this first week of the Inner World of Yoga Challenge has brought you new and/or deeper experiences.
Please join me for Week 2: Yoga and Your Mind. We will explore the nature of the mind and how it relates to awareness and consciousness, affecting every relationship in your life.
Namaste
