I saw this very clearly when I could not find a publisher to reprint my quotation books after the division Random House that produced them closed their doors. So I put a sign above my computer that read, “The perfect publisher will find me.”

Several months later, I went to a meeting where I overhead someone from Viva Editions say that they were looking for uplifting inspirational books. I told them that I had seven. They gave me their card and asked me to send them the books. I was surprised when I saw that their offices were only five blocks from where I lived. Then later, I met the owner of the company who informed me that she knew me because she had lived across the street from me for numerous years and saw me walk my dog every day.

Viva Editions has now published five of my books. The perfect publisher has indeed found me!
