Trinity Of Life
Have you ever wonder why you automatically react to certain situations? Sometimes the reaction may be considered a ‘negative’ reaction, and other times, it may be considered a ‘positive’ reaction. Intrinsically, reactions are neither; they are simply the way the mind has been preprogrammed regarding certain situations. Situations from the past have pre-wired or predisposed you to be a certain way. Even though you may have been preprogrammed to be a certain way, it does not mean that you have to be that way when a new situation arises. At any given time, you can respond rather than react; you just have to know how. Having an understanding of what is happening inside the mind when a situation is occurring can help you tremendously when it comes to responding.

A trinity describes something whole or complete that is derived from three separate or individual components. The three components to this Trinity of Life are 1) Thought 2) Feeling 3) Action.
The Trinity of Life is a psychological premise that explains: your thoughts create your feelings, and your feelings will tend to dictate your action. Sometimes the action will be a reaction, and sometimes the action will be in response.
