Living in Awareness – Day 11

Today’s challenge is pay attention to what you are feeling regarding FLASH. Do not spend time on the emotions, go directly to their roots. Are you feeling fear, love, anger, sadness or happiness? Ask yourself throughout the day. I would recommend checking in with yourself at least once an hour, if not more. Simply, ask yourself, “What am I feeling?” Once you have acknowledged the feeling, then ask yourself, “What am I wanting regarding this feeling of __________________?
