Welcome back to day 14 of your challenge! Yesterday, you began to journal about a specific area in your life that you wanted to see change. More specifically, you wrote about the steps that you were going to take to make that happen.
Today, I want you to write a journal entry based upon:
“Today, I choose to be ____________________________, and I will accomplish this by 1), 2), 3).
In other words, I want you to create another journal entry about how you choose to be today, and the 3 steps that you are going to do to support that process. The reason you are going to take the time to write out the 3 steps to make that happen is because you want to make sure that your actions support your intentions.
Yes, take the time before you start your day deciding how you are going to be that day. It can be anything you want. Some examples are: Today, I choose to be light hearted, I choose to be forgiving, I choose to be peaceful, happy, excited, punctual, present, etc. You decide what you want to be, and then decide at least 3 things that you are going to do to make sure that happens.
