Creative Visualization Meditation
Yesterday, your challenge was to create a journal entry based upon “Today, I choose to be _______, and I will accomplish this by 1), 2), 3). Yesterday you wrote out your desires, and today’s challenge is to meditate your desires into existence. Creative Visualization Meditation can be so beneficial in honing in on exactly what you want, and how you want it. Creative Visualization meditations will allow you to ‘try it on for size,’ play with, and try out different scenarios, etc. all through a meditation.
Today, I want you to pick one area that you want to see changed; it can be anything you want. Then take a few moments to decide what you want in its place, and do a meditation based upon that desire.
Whether you realize it or not, you are almost constantly telling the Universe what you want and desire by simply thinking about it, daydreaming about it, etc. However, this is rarely done with Awareness. In most situations, because of the habitual engagement regarding whatever the mind is throwing out at you, you are not very conscious or aware with your thoughts. Today, I want you to be VERY conscious of your thoughts, and have them as a form of meditation.
Creative Visualization meditations are done in the same manner as any meditation. They are very similar to using a guided meditation that instructs or guides you through a specific meditation, the only difference is you happen to be the one guiding you while you are meditating.
