More Creative Visualization Meditation
Welcome back to day 16. Today’s challenge is simple. It is just like yesterday’s challenge where you used creative visualization meditation to plant the seeds for your desired tomorrows. I personally think that you could not do this too often. There are so many things to choose from, there are so many things to sample, and there is no such thing as too much meditation. When you combine those two truths, you get Creative Visualization Meditation.
Pick another area, pick another desire. You may even want to sit down and journal about it for a while. Then create yourself a comfortable area, kick back, and let yourself dream about that desire during your meditation. Let yourself fantasize during the meditation. Let your imagination go wild, and see what the mind comes up with. Pay attention to how you are feeling while you are meditating. If a thought doesn’t feel “good,” then move on to a new thought regarding that area. Find a thought that does feel “good,” and work with it. This is a time when you can fine tune your thoughts regarding a specific area.
Remember, you are always writing the story of your life; you write it every day that you live, and now, I want you to do so very consciously during your meditation.
