Today’s challenge is simple. I want you to be able to see what you can remember from yesterday’s guided meditation, and do it for yourself with the music supplied. The music supplied for this meditation challenge is not guided. Try it for yourself without the guidance. Just create a comfortable space for yourself where you will not be disturbed, turn on the track of music, and begin with placing focus at the top of the head. Take your time, and slowly move down the body, section by section until you have reached your toes.
