Meditations to Open and Cleanse Your Chakras for Day 3
Now that we have worked on our belief system, we will use sound to heal it deeper. Today we will chant seed Mantra for Root Chakra to expand and open it up.
Find a quiet place where no one will disturb you for next 10 minutes. Sit with your eyes closed, spine erect, palms facing upwards. Take few deep breaths at your own pace, hold and as you breathe out, relax more and more, letting go all the worries, tensions and stress. You are safe and completely protected. Now gently bring your attention to the base of your spine. Take a deep breath in, hold and let it go completely. Observe your Root Chakra as you keep breathing. Do you feel any tightness, stress, discomfort there? With every breath out, feel it’s leaving you. Now with a deep breath in, chant, “LAM”. Take another breath in and chant it again. Repeat this 11 times and then just focus and observe your Root Chakra as you breathe in and out. Feel your Chakra expanding with every breath. Bringing your awareness back, stretch your body with your eyes closed. Open your eyes gently whenever you feel ready.
