Your task over the next 30 days is to take it to the next level. This is a time for you to immerse yourself in the challenges and really uncover what is at the root of your behavior. Begin to substitute some of the unwanted behaviors for better ones, and recognize how important it is to have faith in yourself. In this you understand that a day or week of poor choices does not mean that you have fallen off the wagon. You are focusing on cultivating self-love, activating your purpose and inspiring others through your behavior. You can really focus on bringing your heart, your values and your actions into alignment.
