Week 2 Building Awareness- What Are Your Feeding?
This video prompts you to explore the underlying motivations behind your food choices. Very often we are feeding things other than the needs of our bodies. For example this may be stress, a toxic relationship or boredom.
Your Challenge:
Explore the question, “What are you feeding?”. Once you have identified the reasons behind some of your choices, look at the other ways in which that issue affects your life. Then begin to think about ways you can better address that issue other than with food. For example, if you are a stress eater, how does that stress affect other aspects of your life and are there better ways you could deal with your stress?
