3. Who do you admire?  Think of the people in your life that you most admire, what qualities do they have that make them admirable?

4.  Looking at the answers to the above questions, can you identify your values? Example of values: community, inner peace, abundance, creativity and trustworthiness.

5.  Are any of the decisions you make around your health incongruent with your values?
