Your Challenge:

Next time you are on a treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike try one of these exercises.  It is a really amazing feeling to do this; not only does your body feel stronger, but also it will help you to open up your mind and your heart. These are two quick examples how to help create change in yourself and even the world.
