8.  Cut Energetic Ties

If you feel you are making an energetic investment into something that doesn’t serve you.  Imagine cutting the energetic ties to that urge.  Draw your energy back into your heart center and breathe in and out of the heart.

9.  Manage Your Resources

Broaden your view of your resources and manage them appropriately.  Take time out to relax, rest and rejuvenate.  Find ways to nourish and nurture yourself mind, body and spirit.

10.  Live With Purpose

Move consciously through your day moving towards the intention you set for yourself.  Share your gifts and be in service of another.  Be joyful!
