Navigating the Murky Waters of Grief

This resonated with me. I know that my parental frustrations and disappointments are spiritual teachers in disguise. Before I had children, I prayed for greater patience. The answer wasn’t what I expected but exactly what I needed. My darling, challenging children are trying their hardest to drive me sane.
How can we help a child who’s suffering with grief? Winter says the best thing she did for her son was to get support for herself. Kids are sensitive to how their loved ones are coping. Whatever helps us heal will help our children to heal, as well.
