Navigating the Way of the Heart

David Icke

Never one to mince his words, Icke’s charm is in the way he cuts through an argument to get to the crux. There are two ways to solve a problem, he says. “Either find the answer or remove the cause of the problem.” This level-headedness balances Icke’s conspiratorial side—and makes his message accessible. Ultimately, Icke is all heart, reminding us over and over that buying into anger and hatred is letting Big Brother win.

“We need to play in our own stadium,” he offers as parting words. We can only do it by seeing the incredible potential of everyone, but most of all, ourselves. With so much to say on monitoring, surveillance, tracking, and privacy issues, I did not expect Icke to have such an upbeat attitude. I learned that his distrust of government stems from his unshakable belief in self-trust, with embodied wisdom as the supreme guide. His philosophy can lift anyone’s spirits—even as they are looking over their shoulders.
