Reclaim Your Powerful You! – Day 19
Your Will

Our will is the energetic force that helps us do things. It compels us to turn ideas into realities. As such, our human self birthed from this fundamental impetus. Like a soul, which we may not be able to see with our eyes, we all have a very powerful will force. The question is, do we know how to draw from it to create desired action?
In this video, I share some thoughts about our will as well confess my uncertainty about the strength of my own will. Knowing that discipline helps strengthen the will, I acknowledge discipline as one of my perceived “weaknesses.”
Interestingly enough, we all have areas that are so well integrated that it’s hard for us to recognize them as anything special since we don’t struggle with them. Rather, we struggle with trying to explain how we do them.
So, perhaps my will is actually very well integrated and discipline is a no longer a necessity?
Watch for yourself and see what resonates with you about your will.
Exercise: Tools Needed: Journal and pen (or colored pencils, if desired) Notes: You do not need to know anything about the chakra system to do this exercise. Allow 15-20 minutes in a quiet space to focus inwardly. It doesn’t matter if you watch the video before or after doing this exercise. Bring your awareness to your third chakra. This is area of your upper belly / solar plexus. Take a few deep breaths and look at this area with your inner eye. Or, feel, sense or see what you know as you focus on this energy center. Inwardly ask about your will. Write down all impressions that come to you about your third chakra and/or your will.
