Reclaim Your Powerful You! – Day 23

In this video, I offer some suggestions for experiencing your creative power with as little restriction as possible. If creativity flows easily through you, perhaps this will spark new imaginations. If you feel blocked in your creative and/or emotional expressions, allow yourself to consider these suggestions with a playful, receptive heart.

As one of God’s creations, you already are an instrument of Divine expression. The question is, Are you willing to feel the power of Divine inspiration as it plays through you?

Exercise: Tools Needed: Whatever necessary Note: Allow at least 30 minutes for this exercise.

Do something – anything! – creative for at least 30 minutes. Paint, dance, sing, garden, sculpt, or think creatively. Release the idea of an end result or finished product. Focus on the creative process and allow the flow of Divine inspiration to move through you with an open, expectant heart.
