Think for a moment about all of the things you have to be happy about. Sometimes when we are in the midst of challenging times, we forget the simple things that make us happy. One way to access our happiness is to remember our inner child. As kids, most all of us did some form of exercise every single day. See if you can recall that part of yourself by doing this simple practice.

Jump up and down 10 times.
The Benefit:
Not only is jumping good cardio exercise, it is an action that is associated with enthusiasm and joy.
