Before I Die

Many of us have heard of the bucket list. Today’s practice is focused on our longer term goals of what we want to do before we die, or our bucket list.

The Practice:

Write down three things you want to do before you die.

No one gets out of here alive. That is one thing we all have in common. When and how we go is unpredictable and individual. Now that you have your top three written down, think about how you can begin to set into motion small steps now toward accomplishing those goals sooner than later.

And…after you’ve achieved one, go ahead and add another one. In doing so, your life starts steering in the direction of what is truly important to you.
