Many of us spend much of our days with our attention on thinking and communicating, no matter what we are doing with our bodies. Even if we are doing physical labor or enduring dis-ease or pain in our bodies, we sometimes are not investing much of our awareness on our amazing vehicle in life, our bodies.
Every man is the builder of a temple, called his body, to the god he worships, after a style purely his own, nor can he get off by hammering marble instead. We are all sculptors and painters, and our material is our own flesh and blood and bones.
