The Practice:

Wiggle your fingers and toes every hour.

Set your phone alarm or timer so you remember to do this practice.  Don’t worry- you can do this with your shoes on and at your desk without anyone noticing it.

 

 

The Benefit:

By bringing your awareness to your body regularly, you are able to notice the condition of your temple. You remember you have this amazing gift of a body, no matter its current state.
