It’s time to get into our bodies again! Today we are going to move ourselves to music however we feel inspired

 

The Practice:

Put on your favorite music and dance for at least five minutes.

In addition to being good exercise, dancing helps us be more aware of life force energy flowing through our bodies. The rhythm of music accesses other parts of our beings that are beyond words.
