Our Food Diet
What are we putting into our bodies? Is it what we really want? Earlier we worked with our media diets, today we are going to check out our food diets.
This is a guilt-free practice. We are just gathering information about ourselves.
The Practice:
Write down everything you eat.
The Benefit:
Sometimes we eat from habit, not from choice. Doing this practice helps us to stay aware and alert as to how we are nourishing our physical bodies. Once we bring what is really going on to our awareness, we are more easily able to make positive choices for ourselves.
