Welcome to the OM Times 30 Day Challenge, and good for you!
On this track, you’ll be challenging yourself to develop a habit of Actively Being Conscious.
With these daily concepts and exercises, you will establish that new habit in an interesting and fun way.
After today’s introductory posts, we’ll start the ABC’s, A through Z. Toward the end of the challenge we’ll wrap it all up nicely.
I hope you’ll be with me for all 30 days, and I’m looking forward to getting to know you, too!
The Bigger Picture

They give you an idea of the context of a particular state of consciousness that you’ll learn to achieve during this challenge.
To summarize, my specialty is Holographic Emergence™, a “Quantum Consciousness” technology.
To practice it, you:
- Open your mind
- Enter a particular state of consciousness
- Offer your intention
- Play in the field
- Notice what’s changed
Holographic Emergence™ can be used to improve all areas of your life, bar none.
During this challenge, you will learn to enter that state of consciousness (Step 2).
Opening your mind (Step 1) can be a helpful bridge toward accessing the state, so you’ll also get pointers on that.
About This State
This powerful state of consciousness is integral to Emergence. Even more, it can be a wonderful state (sort of a super-set of what you know of as “Presence”) which offers all kinds of benefits even on its own.
