The ABC’s of Actively Being Conscious – Day 24

Today:

Vital Force Exercise (Here’s the 15-minute audio version.)

  1. Close your eyes and choose a part of your body to focus your attention on briefly at first: hands, feet, arms, chest, etc.
  2. Feel the energy or life force inside those parts as intensely as you can. Do this for 15 seconds or so.
  3. Now move your attention to another part of your body. (You can do this in detailed body parts or general areas, whichever is easiest for you to experience the life force.) Again, feel the energy or life force there as intensely as you can. And again, do this for 15 seconds or so.
  4. Repeat this until you’ve covered your entire body, staying with each part for 15 seconds or so.
  5. Now let your attention run through your body like a wave a few times, from feet to head and back again. Do that for a minute or two.
  6. Then feel the life force of the inner body in its totality, as a single field of energy.
  7. Be intensely present in every cell of your body. Do this for a few minutes.

How was that for you?

Not only do you experience your life force consciously and directly, but this practice will strengthen your immune system, acting as a preventive tonic. It can also work as “medicine” for any current disease and can even heal certain maladies you might be manifesting. For those purposes it’s powerful, and you’ll often feel the difference immediately.

Repeat this as often as you feel called to. The more you do it, the easier it will be, the easier it will be to enter the “Open State”, and the more vitality you will activate.
