The ABC’s of Actively Being Conscious – Day 7

Here’s another easy way to expand your perception.

When you have a free moment, simply ask yourself:

“What am I not noticing?” And see what pops into your awareness.

If you want more direction than that, then use all your senses, inner and outer, to:

  1. first check your environment
  2. then your body
  3. then emotions
  4. then thoughts
  5. then subtle vibrations.

You’ll be amazed at how many things suddenly come into your awareness!

Some will be things that could be obvious to anyone but the more you do this, the more you’ll notice very subtle things that you may wonder if you’re really even perceiving as opposed to just imagining. Trust that you are.

And if you practice these exercises regularly, you’ll start to do this naturally, and you’ll notice that you’ve become more creative and intuitive, sometimes startlingly so.
